For the eleventh consecutive year, TD earned a spot on the Top 100 Employers list, an annual survey of Canadian businesses that excel in areas such as training and development for employees, work atmosphere and community involvement, among many others.

TD also received Aon Hewitt’s 2016 Gold Level Best Employers award. As part of the award process, approximately 13,000 employees were surveyed about their experiences at TD. These insights ensure we have the right programs and practices so that TD offers employees the opportunity to do work that matters and identify career opportunities beyond what they might have expected.
