Job Description
- Responsible for achieving sales, quotes and call targets.
- Ensures quality and productivity objectives are met.
- Processes call backs, submissions and mail in a timely manner.
- Accountable for providing a high level of service to our clients.
- Flexible to perform various assigned tasks
- Promotes company features and benefits as part of ongoing portfolio reviews.
- Cross sell a variety of products at every opportunity
- Promotes client loyalty through attention to detail and relationship-building.
- Remains current on all company philosophies and procedures.
- Accepts risks within established guidelines.
Requirements

Fluently bilingual (French / English)

You have a strong aptitude for sales

You have a superior client service orientation.

You have the ability to communicate effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.

You have excellent interpersonal skills

You have excellent organization and time management skills.

You possess a professional telephone manner.

Must have:
-
Undergraduate Degree or
-
2 University Certificates of 30 credits each (delivered by a Canadian institution) or
-
completed College Diploma or
-
completed diploma in damage insurance or
-
Comparative evaluation for studies done outside Quebec (issued by the Ministry of Immigration and Cultural Communities)
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent level of education and a decision issued by the AMF recognizing at least three years of full-time employment experience
Additional Information
We are located at 50 Place Cremazie West, Montreal (corner of Saint-Laurent)
We offer full time positions
Our hours of operations are from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm Saturday.
Your schedule would be Monday to Friday 12pm to 8pm or Tuesday to Friday 12pm to 8pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm.
