Job Description

As a member of the Phone Channel Contact Centre, you will join a dedicated team of professional telephone agents who provide exceptional customer service for our clientele. The Phone Channel in London is comprised of 5 different lines of business with both Inbound and Outbound service calls. You will provide timely and accurate guidance and service to customers for a variety of product lines, plans and programs. Your responsibility will be to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our clients’ business through cross-selling/value-add opportunities.

Requirements

We are searching for people friendly Contact Centre telephone agents that thrive in an environment that provides high quality customer service.

We require:

  • Work in a statistically driven environment, measured by call quality and call productivity goals
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to multi-task & demonstrate effective problem solving attributes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Strong PC Skills
  • Bilingual language skills (fluent French and English)

Additional Information

Multiple positions available.

Guaranteed minimum 22.5 hours per week. Applicants will be required to work a rotating schedule Monday to Sunday Fixed Evenings Mon-Sun including statutory holidays.

As a Part Time Specialist you will received paid vacation (based off the number of hours worked), benefits & bonus eligibility after successful completion of the 3 month probationary period.
