Job Description

The Corporate Citizenship Associate II provides high level of support by successfully implementing plans/ programs/ initiatives and administering assigned programs and supporting processes.

Requirements

Experienced working professional role providing services, advisory or process/program support
Requires experienced, conceptual, and practical knowledge within community/environment function and knowledge of broader related areas
Is accountable for own work and sometimes the work of others; acts as an escalation point or knowledge resource for others in own area
Leads projects and/or workstreams for broader projects with moderate risk; may be accountable for ongoing activities, processes, and functional programs
Works within broad guidelines/policies and independently performs tasks from end-to-end
Performs work under minimal management guidance and supervision

  • Must be eligible for employment under regulatory standards applicable to the position.
  • Qualifications

    4-year degree or equivalent experience
    3+ years related experience required
    Experience required, preferably in the non-profit/philanthropic environment.
    Excellent communication skills in both oral and written form, including strong writing ability; able to effectively communicate and be seen as a thought leader at all levels of the organization.
    Solid knowledge of multiple marketing principles and disciplines, lines of businesses supported, banking industry, and product/customer markets
    Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
    Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
    Knowledge of project/program support, planning and implementation
    Ability to provide guidance and advice to management or other groups on process or program related topics
    Ability to exercise sound judgement in making decisions
    Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form
    Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships
    Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques
    Skill in using computer applications including MS Office
    Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
    Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently
    Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

    Preferred Qualifications:
    – Experience and/or education in ESG/sustainability
    – Expert Microsoft PowerPoint skills
    – Experience researching ESG/sustainability-related developments and best practices
    – Experience condensing complicated concepts for an executive audience
