As part of our team, you will be treated fairly, and recognized and rewarded for your contributions. You’ll have access to opportunities for career growth and personal development.
At TD our commitment to diversity is a strategic business priority. Our areas of focus support inclusion and opportunity for Women, Minorities, People with Disabilities, Aboriginal Peoples, and members of the LGBTQ2+ community (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, two-spirit, plus). We invest in our employees and the communities TD serves in meaningful ways, from specialized recruitment initiatives to mentoring and leadership programs. We also encourage communication and collaboration though employee networks and events.

Lime Connect Canada
TD is proud to support Lime Connect Canada (Lime Canada), a not-for-profit organization founded in 2009 to connect university students and alumni with disabilities to global corporations, as an untapped source of talent. TD had strong hiring success among Lime candidates. These are high potential individuals we would not easily have access to otherwise. Lime offers three initiatives for candidates in Canada:
Corporate Recruitment Receptions
Candidates and partners connect in a more intimate environment for career success. Lime currently hosts four events in Toronto and two events in Vancouver throughout the year. Candidates from all provinces are encouraged to apply.
Scholarship and Internship Programs
Co-branded scholarships with corporate partners support the studies of current university students and can include a paid internship.
The Lime Network
A broad, virtual program that prepares candidates for careers with corporate partners and gets them connected. Members of The Lime Network hear about receptions, additional career opportunities, scholarships, professional development webinars/tele-seminars and more.

At TD, our goal is to attract, hire and retain top talent. Candidates with disabilities from all provinces are encouraged to take advantage of Lime Canada’s recruitment receptions, scholarship and internship programs and recruitment receptions.
