Whether they’re cashing a check, completing a deposit or providing general product information, this team creates a legendary customer experience with every transaction. Working on the front lines of customer service, retail professionals interact directly with clients, providing advice and, where needed, referring them to different areas of the Bank. Using strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, TD’s retail employees constantly seek to understand our customers’ needs and expectations – so they can exceed them.

When you work in one of TD’s store locations, no two days are ever the same, because no two customers are the same. Acting as the face of the Bank, this group is tasked with promoting our mission and sharing the TD story. It’s a big responsibility, but one that our people embrace.
